BACKGROUND INFORMATION
FrontPoint Properties and Construction, a burgeoning Real Estate and property construction company, embarked on its journey with the ambitious vision of delivering exceptional architectural marvels. Their latest venture involved catering to a client’s dream of establishing a Service apartment project in the picturesque Abraka Delta state. To transform this dream into reality, they sought the expertise of CHii Arkeetects, a renowned architectural firm known for its innovative and visionary designs. CHii Arkeetects was entrusted with the task of conceptualizing and materializing the vision into tangible forms, providing not just blueprints but also vivid visualizations that would breathe life into the project.

Client’s Vision: The core objective of the project was to design a Service apartment project in Abraka Delta state that radiated sophistication and luxury. The client desired a blend of contemporary aesthetics and Tropical Architecture, with a unique focus on safeguarding the building blocks from direct rainfall.
Architectural Fusion: The resultant design was a harmonious fusion of diverse architectural ideas and styles. It artfully intertwined the elegance of contemporary architecture with the practicality of Tropical Architecture. This thoughtful fusion not only served an aesthetic purpose but also addressed the functional necessity of diverting rainwater away from the building structure, ensuring its longevity.
Apartment Composition: The envisioned structure comprised six exquisitely designed one-bedroom apartments, each meticulously planned to exude opulence and comfort. Additionally, the project featured a set of single three-bedroom apartment duplexes, meticulously crafted to offer a perfect blend of spaciousness and modern living.
Luxurious Living: With a keen eye on catering to individuals seeking long-term residence or temporary abode, the design was tailored to epitomize luxury and class. Each aspect of the apartments was meticulously planned, ensuring an ambiance that would appeal to those desiring a refined living experience for months or even years.
MATERIALS
Innovative Paints: One of the standout features of the project was the creative use of paints as a key design element. Various types of paints were meticulously chosen, each serving a specific purpose in enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the structure. Among the unique paints employed, the marble paint stood out, adding a touch of sophistication and texture to the exteriors and interiors alike.
