BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Pennek Ltd, a leading Real Estate development and management company based in Lagos-Nigeria was seeking to expand their tentacles in Abuja-Nigeria hence the development of Pennek Court. Aiming to provide affordable SMART HOMES to the Federal Capital residence; Pennek Ltd Awarded a contract to our parent company: Elch Global, a Design and Construction company based in South East Nigeria. Led by Arc. Chukwudi, Elch Global added CHii Architects to the Design and Construction team for improved efficiency and exposure.
All Designs was carried out by Elch Global, Visualization created by CHii Arkeetects, and all Working Drawings was carried out by TARCH, a sister firm to CHii Arkeetects.

Pennek Court Estate is made up three prototype Terrace Duplexes which are: Two Bedroom, 3Bedroom and 4Bedroom Duplexes. Each unit of this Terrace Duplexes are all Smart homes with spacious spaces which includes.

All these features are well planned in a neighborhood format to enhance interaction at the same time privacy for each occupant.
MATERIALS
The Location for the proposed estate influenced the building material choices because of the limited amount of rain experienced in the northern pert of Nigeria. Hence screeded concrete surfaces that are finished with marble paints was highly recommended for some exterior spaces.
